2. Strengthen cash management to ensure that the cash account is consistent with the accounting account.

3. Strictly control the expense reimbursement. According to the regulations, each expense must have the three seals of the handler, the certifier and the approver before being reimbursed.

4. Financial processing takes the form of accounting for receipts and payments.

5. The cashier must deposit all properties in cash in the bank as required to ensure cash safety, not misappropriate funds, and carefully manage the cash inventory.

6. The custodian must be seriously responsible for all properties, do a good job in property registration and scrapping, and make sure that the accounts and materials are consistent. There must be procedures for borrowing, borrowing and returning, the safety of the welfare club, and the three joint hours of morning, noon and evening. In principle, the custodian should be responsible for the safety of the welfare club. If there is a problem, the standing council should be informed in time to deal with it.

7. The accountant is responsible for the preparation of vouchers, keeping the vouchers, and doing a good job in the daily donation registration and handover work, making sure that the notes are legible, the amount is correct, the content is clear, and the name is correct. It is resolutely prohibited to misappropriate public funds. The council will deal with the violators or transfer them to the relevant departments depending on the circumstances.

Personnel and system of duty team

The members of the duty team of the Wisdom Hall are responsible for the donation of caring people and the important responsibility of handling daily related affairs. The members of the duty team are glorious, meritorious and responsible. Therefore, the members of the duty team must have good quality and ethics. They are required to work conscientiously, go to and from work on time, not be late or leave early. If something happens, they should ask for leave in advance and can leave only after approval. For this reason, the following provisions are made:

1. The Buddha Worship Team: Xue Mucheng, You: Xu Yingbo, Lin Jianqin. Lin Ziwen is responsible for the registration of the memorial tablets for disaster relief and death. He should have a sense of responsibility.

2. The personnel on duty must make daily clearing and settlement to ensure cash safety.

3. On duty, we must carefully check the water, electricity, fire and other safety facilities, eliminate hidden dangers, ensure safety, and ensure that everyone is responsible for ensuring that people from all walks of life and entrepreneurs, domestic and foreign meritocracies love public welfare undertakings, give generously, give love, carry forward the spirit of the founder, love boundless, charity, everyone starts, and be a real Jieyang person.
