1、 Establish rules and regulations to standardize the work of charities

Continuously improve the mechanism and expand the scale. At present, it has 320 members and more than 600 square meters of office space. Under the correct leadership of the Standing Council, all departments affiliated to the Association standardized their operations, insisted on filling in forms for each rescue fund, and ensured that every penny was handed over to the recipients through the system of verification and seal by the town, village and association and signature by the recipients. The rescue materials are filed every year for reference. The accounting and auditing system shall be strictly enforced, and the audit shall be conducted by the municipal auditor firm every year. The financial audit shall be made public at the annual general meeting, and shall be subject to the supervision of the superior competent department. Due to the transparency of the donation and the standard operation, it has won the reputation in the society, making Jueshi Charity a famous brand project in Jieyang City. With the care and support of Jieyang Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the higher authorities approved it as the first batch of non-governmental charitable organizations in Guangdong Province that are qualified for pre tax deduction of public welfare donations.

2、 Broaden channels and strengthen charitable funds

Jieyang Jueshi Charity Welfare Association has realized that only sufficient charity funds can help more vulnerable groups. Therefore, fundraising is the premise and key to the development of charity. In order to seek more support, we will actively promote the charity culture, publicize the charity concept, popularize the charity awareness, mobilize enthusiasts from all walks of life to participate in charity activities, and issue initiatives to entrepreneurs at home and abroad and enthusiasts from all walks of life to win their strong support.

For more than a decade, the vast number of entrepreneurs and enthusiasts from all walks of life at home and abroad have generously contributed to Jueshi Charity and Welfare Association, based on their love for the vulnerable groups in their hometown and their trust in Jueshi Charity and Welfare Association. Jueshi Charity and Welfare Association has raised more than 200 million yuan in donations, more than 10000 tons of rice, and a large amount of cotton padded food.
